Important Update
In the wake of the current times, Toro Tech will be changing the way business is done for the moment.

We will be offering 3 different types of services:
(All to be organized by appointment only via phone or email first)

1. Remote login
What are Remote services?
Remote services will be offered for specific jobs that we believe can be efficiently done through an online remote platform, removing the need to visit the customer in person. This ensures that I am not required to enter your home unnecessarily and we can clarify any points on this over the phone
2. Offsite
What are Offsite services?
Customers will be asked to leave their hardware at a secure & safe location at 14 Blackburn Drive Cheltenham, which we will then collect and repair before returning the hardware in the same drop off location with contactless method. During offsite services, any questions or information needed from the customer will be discussed over the phone or email. Please note option 2 & 3 are based on today’s legislation and is subject to change at any time in accordance with government guidelines.

3. Courier Pickup & Drop off services
We are happy to organize an uber or a courier service, where the computer is picked up from your location and brought to 14 Blackburn Drive Cheltenham VIC 3192. Where if the problem can’t be done remotely and it’s a hardware issue with your computer. (Please note these transport costs will be passed onto the customer)

If you are suffering from cold and flu like symptoms or have been in contact with a confirmed COVID-19 case or returned from overseas or been in contact with an individual who has returned from overseas in the last 14 days- OPTION 2 & 3 IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR YOU SORRY.

We aware that these 3 options above will not work for everyone, however this is the safest options we can offer to protect our family, friends, clients and our staff. This is our part of helping the spread from this terrible virus while ensuring we can be of assistance to you. We are only a phone call away to discuss any of these options with you. If you are bringing hardware to the Cheltenham office, can you please try and disinfect wipe down all your hardware before dropping off. This will also be a standard practice done in the Cheltenham office from today when hardware is returned back to you.
